Roy Hodgson is likely to hand Vardy the start after Rahim Sterling failed to impose himself against Russia and missed several chances. Kane should keep his place upfront with Rooney, Vardy and Alli playing in attacking roles while Eric Dier and Jack Wilshere set to start in midfield.
